Streamlined the reporting of errors in production lines by leading full-stack development of a web portal that catalogues and notifies supervisors of discrepancies.

Instead of scattered reports and delayed follow-up, the portal gives supervisors a single place to see issues, understand context, and act quickly. Integrations with existing data sources (including ODBC-backed systems) reduced duplicate entry and kept operational data consistent.
