Built with Django, Python, and JavaScript, allowing drivers to self-check-in and management to analyze employee KPIs.

Driver self-service check-in reduced friction at the gate and improved data timeliness, while dashboards gave managers a clearer view of throughput and performance. The stack was chosen for rapid iteration alongside the reliability expectations of an internal operations tool.
